He was probably the original owner.
From 1873 : Mrs. Bateman, Earlham Road
circa 1895 : Bullard's
  (probably co-inciding with the change of landlord)

The name Park Tavern (i.e. what park?) refers to the
private playing fields on the upper side of Park Lane;
formerly the home of the social club of Messrs. Macintosh
(ex-Caley's - a destroyed Norwich chocolate factory).


Rose Valley Tavern : 111 Unthank Road

The pub was made larger by including
part of the old living-quarters.


Warwick Arms : 2 Warwick Street

Research :
It is suggested that the name of the pub (and the street),
relates to the Earl of Warwick - commander of the
King's army - who suppressed Kett's Rebellion in 1549.

Licence transferred from Suffolk Arms,
33 Market Place 7.5.1901. The applicant,
for the new pub's licence transfer, pointed out
that there were only two nearby pubs :
