A further refurbishment was completed by the
18th July 2001 - at a reported cost of £180,000.
Luckily, bare boards prevailed.

There are no moorings alongside the river
terrace/beergarden; being directly opposite
the Yacht Station.

The terrace is at a much lower level
and leads to the Riverside Walk.
This terrace is described as one of two 'balconies'.

There is a downstairs function room and covered patio.

By November 2006 the pub was
Cask Marque accredited.

Listed in the Woodforde's Pub Guide, June 2009.
Likewise in 2011.

The pub boasts at least 4 Real Ales, including
Norfolk Nog.

Advertised by May 2010 : breakfast opening -
from 8 a.m. Mon. to Fri. and 9 a.m. weekends etc.
It is not clear if 11.00 'opening' still has any real effect.

By December the breakfast time had
standardised to 9 a.m.
