City Centre : Market and Mall

Division 1 : Area 6

Burlington : group 12

. . . 9 pubs in this group . . . 2 still serving.

Meaning of symbols

This group is named after Burlington Buildings, one of the
few edifices in that area to survive the destruction of WWII.

This landmark still defines the North side of what used to be called
Orford Place; and - earlier still - called Little Orford Street.
The Lamb Inn  ("Henry's") is its most famous occupant.

The remainder of Castle Meadow falls into Area 4.
Also see the Norfolk Wherry.

Listing
The pubs are listed starting from the vicinity of The Lamb;
going across (briefly) to Orford Hill (The Bell);
and then onto Castle Meadow (as we now know it).
