Meaning of symbols |
This group is named after Burlington Buildings, one of the
few edifices in that area to survive the destruction of WWII.
This landmark still defines the North side of what used to be called
Orford Place; and - earlier still - called Little Orford Street.
The Lamb Inn ("Henry's") is its most famous occupant.
The remainder of Castle Meadow falls into Area 4.
